Sleep affirmations are positive affirmations that you listen to as you fall asleep at night. They work slightly differently from normal affirmations as you’ll only use your subconscious mind to process them, which can offer a real advantage as your conscious mind won’t oppose the new thoughts. As you fall asleep, you can repeat the affirmations to yourself in your head as they are spoken to you, but you can just drift off and wait for your subconscious to absorb the words.
When creating a sleep affirmations playlist, make sure it is 60 to 90 minutes long and start playing it to yourself as you fall asleep.
